NOTICE: As of January 1, 2023, we only accept PDF files for printing. If you submit anything other than a PDF, your poster will not be printed.
Important Upload Information
- PDFs must be uploaded within one hour of your order submission or your order will be cancelled. However, no files will be accepted past the 5pm deadline on a Tuesday.
- Make sure you have already submitted an online order form. Uploaded without an order form having already been submitted will be deleted. Submit an order first and then upload.
- Submitted PDFs should have the same name as the person submitting the order form as part of each file’s naming scheme (Example: JohnDoe-AAIC2024Poster.pdf).
