While Washington University in St. Louis and the Knight Alzheimer Disease Research Center do not technically place any expiration date on online CDR training certificates, it is recommended that trainees recertify within every 5 years of their last certification. Some clinical trials and research studies may set their own standards and impose different requirements upon trainees. The options below represent the most common requirements by institutions and companies requiring certified raters. Always check with your study coordinator to determine if a different standard is required from you.

Before you continue, check with your study coordinator or protocol manual to determine if a different training standard is required from you than what is suggested below.
