Include a brief introduction, a statement of career development goals, and how the REC will help achieve these goals. 1-page research concept proposal or Aims pages 1 letter of commitment from your proposed REC mentor Mentor biosketch and training table from proposed REC mentor 1 letter of recommendation from your current mentor If your current mentor and REC mentor are the same person, please include a letter of recommendation from another mentor for a total of 2 recommendation letters. Letter of support from department chair stating support for 50% research effort All documents should be Arial 11 Font, left justified, with ½ inch margins. All documents should be bound together in a single pdf with a table of contents.
