Module 5 (Tape 42)

Video Information:
This subject is 66 years old and her collateral source is her husband of 50 years. The subject was born on 3/21/1932 in Mathews, Missouri (in the Bootheel). The subject’s last school was Gideon School District in Gideon, Missouri. She completed the 8th grade. Her husband’s (collateral source) main occupation was a machinist for McDonnell-Douglas. He retired voluntarily in January of 1994.

This interview was videotaped at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri on Friday, September 18, 1998.

This subject is 73 years old and her collateral source is her husband of 39 years. The interview was videotaped at 3:30pm on Monday, December 21, 1992 at the Memory Diagnostic Center at Jewish Hospital in St. Louis by Dr. John Morris.
