Your order form has been submitted!

Confirmation Email

You should receive an email confirmation of your submission within the next 5-10 minutes. Check your Junk/Spam folder if you do not see it. You can also check our poster queue page to verify that your order was received. You should always see a copy of the file(s) that you attached to the poster order form also attached to the order confirmation email. If you don’t, immediately email posters@abraxas.wustl.edu and note your Order ID along with attaching your poster file(s) to the email. If you opted to upload your files via our Box Upload option, you will not see any attachments with your order confirmation email.

Revised Poster Policy

If it is prior to 5pm on Tuesday, you may submit any revised file(s) via email to posters@abraxas.wustl.edu if it is under 100MB. If a file or files total more than 100MB, use the Box Upload option and be sure that each poster filename has your name as a part of it. Also, please email posters@abraxas.wustl.edu that you have just uploaded revisions to our Box Upload folder. Your only option is to email us to cancel your poster if it hasn’t printed on Wednesday, and you will need to print elsewhere. 

What Happens Next

We will be in touch with you on Wednesday when your poster is done printing. At that time, we will provide the following information:

  • Directions to the poster pickup location
  • Additional information regarding your poster or pickup as necessary
