SERVICE INTERRUPTION: Consult the Order Form for Wednesdays where we are unable to provide printing services. The last question on our FAQ page provides links to other printing services.
Starting January 1, 2025: Our weekly, maximum number of posters to be accepted for printing will increase from 60 to 100. We will no longer be able to offer special print days or custom ordering forms for events. Please plan ahead for your event and submit as early as possible. Waiting until the last minute to submit an order may result in your poster being unable to be printed by us because our queue is already full for that Wednesday.
Starting January 1, 2025: Revised poster files submitted to the Knight ADRC poster service between the hours of 12pm and 5pm on Tuesdays will incur a $20 revision fee per submitted revision in addition to the standard cost of the printed poster. A list of alternative locations that print posters is provided on our FAQ page.
Printing takes place only on Wednesdays. Poster submissions via our online order form must be received no later than 5pm (Central) on a Tuesday to be printed that Wednesday. We have a limit of 100 posters that can be printed per Wednesday. Refer to our Guidelines page along with our FAQ for more details and other locations you can print posters. Our current poster queue for the upcoming Wednesday can be found on our Poster Printing Queue page.
We do not accept in-person order submissions. DO NOT call the Memory & Aging Project or the Knight ADRC with questions regarding poster printing. Poster related matters are handled via email by contacting posters@abraxas.wustl.edu between the weekday hours of 7:30am and 4:00pm (excluding WUSM observed holidays or days when the Center is closed). Poster staff are in the office until 30 minutes after the last poster has printed.
